Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance.
• Booking confirmation is subject to vehicle availability.
• SSHRII TRAVELS reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings due to unavoidable circumstances.

2. Payment Policy

• Advance payment may be required to confirm the booking.
• Full payment must be made before or at the start of the journey.
• Payments once made are non-refundable except as per cancellation policy.
• Toll tax, parking, state tax, and driver allowance are payable by the customer unless mentioned otherwise.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• More than 24 hours before journey: minimal or no charge.
• Within 24 hours: cancellation charges may apply.
• No refund for no-show or last-minute cancellations.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within a reasonable time.

4. Vehicle Usage

• Vehicles are provided only for the agreed itinerary.
• Route or duration changes may result in extra charges.
• Illegal use, overloading, or off-road driving is prohibited.

5. Driver & Duty Hours

• Driver duty hours are limited to 12 hours per day.
• Night driving (after 10:00 PM) may attract additional charges.
• Driver accommodation for outstation trips is customer’s responsibility.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Valid ID must be carried during the journey.
• Damage caused to the vehicle will be chargeable.
• SSHRII TRAVELS is not responsible for lost personal belongings.

7. Delays & Unforeseen Situations

SSHRII TRAVELS is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, roadblocks, breakdowns, strikes, or natural calamities.

8. Pricing & Extra Charges

• Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• Extra distance or hours will be charged additionally.
• GST or other government taxes apply as per law.

9. Safety & Conduct

• Smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances are prohibited.
• Misbehavior with the driver may terminate the trip without refund.
• Seat belt usage is mandatory.

10. Limitation of Liability

SSHRII TRAVELS is not liable for loss, injury, accident, or damage beyond its control. Liability is limited to the amount paid.

11. Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh jurisdiction only.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, the customer confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
